Beautiful views, thoroughly enjoyed stunning setting.
The beds were exceptionally comfortable, rooms were beautiful, wonderful. The most important was the staff - very helpful and pleasant people.

The staff was nice and really kind. We stayed in a spacious room with a mini bar fridge, tea and coffee making equipment, and a writing table. - Its location at a moderate distance from Chimney of Labuan was great. - the area was great, right by the middle forest, and a beach resort.

Great room and pool. Bus to town/airport.
More water activities (in the sea) would have been better for us.

I thoroughly enjoyed a nice size and huge room here.
Amicable staff and stunning location by rule Restaurant must hv 30 % vegetarian menu- Canada an example, everything was perfect. I was offered a room with superb views of the beach. The bed was comfy, a bath worked well...

Clean and well-maintained rooms with good sea view. Provided requested upper room and transportation. Convenient shuttle bus to town. Restaurant offers a decent menu. Comfortable and spacious rooms at a reasonable cost. Beautiful view and private beach. Quiet surroundings with a large swimming pool and beach bar. Helpful staff and English-speaking. Optional massage room, good wifi. Great for families.

Looked nice, rooms were great.
Overpriced - food of low quality. Swimming pool pathetic.

The location is great for beach and relaxation. They have event groups especially on weekends. When I was there for 3 days it was super quiet. Breakfast, included, was very nice, but cafe food is lacking. On the upside they are very easy with shuttles to and from town. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Large rooms with balconies with ocean views.
Poor food selection.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with a private beach and a huge swimming pool. The well-maintained grounds added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the best aspects was the free shuttle service to and from town, which was very convenient. the friendly staff at the front desk went out of their way to assist us during our stay.
While there were some positive aspects, there were a few disappointing aspects as well. The hotel rooms were in need of maintenance and updating, with mouldy showers and damaged fittings.

We were very lonely and can see only us at the resort. Staffs were good and honest as they spoke of Ghosts at the resort during check in. We were scare at first & even saw door next door (open & close by itself with nobody inside!). Anyway, it was a good stay & we did not think much of anything as we were tired!
Ghost? Hope to see one and take photo with it! We were the only 2 persons at breakfast adn the only car at the parking lot!! Anyway, we will be back!!

Nothing really. I stayed in places all over the world and this is by far the worst hotel I ever stayied, in every aspect.

Complementary shuttle bus service and friendly staff were the best aspects of my Xmas stay. Plus, the location was ideal for relaxation and peacefulness.
The rooms were poorly maintained - showers were mouldy and fittings damaged. To top it off, the hotel charged an unreasonable price for the use of BBQ facilities, which were also falsely advertised.

I loved that it's a bit further from the city. We stayed for 2 night and during our stay we almost every day had the swimmingpool to ourselves. It was very quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The staff seemed very happy with us and did anything and even more, if we asked for something. The transport back and forth to the city is excellent, as its free of charge and the driver will pick you up on whatever time you wish (we didn't have to follow the exact timeschedule).
The food in the restaurant was overpriced for the quality. However the you can compensate that by having dinner in the city and using the free transport to do so. A small thing: The hotel has changed name and you can still find the old name everywere. I assume they are still trying to fix some things, because the old spa and tennicourt is empty and unused and it looks almost forgotten....I Think they should take priority in closing these down or opening a new spa, to improve the facilities. Above dislikes are very small things, because we absolutely love staying here and the price was good for what you get (you can't expact 5 star luxury for that price!!), we are planning to go back next month again, to recover from our busy lives....

1. Relaxed 2. Far from town 3. Fresh air 4. Nice view 5. Silence
1. Staff dressing like unofficially...try something nice....like kain batik. 2. Receptionist disorderly 3. The kettle inside the room already turn off colors, broken fused, dirty inside.... 4. Mini bar/refrigerator broken.... 5. TV box instead of LCD.... 6. Ceiling fan inside the room already broken.... 7. The renovation worker slept and enjoyed looking at the hotel clients swimming......

I loved my stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was deliciously fresh, and the beach activity was great fun. The view from the pool was picturesque and the garden view from my room was lovely. A perfect break from the city!
Nothing bad to say!

Well, What I like about Palm Beach resort and Spa was that, it is very quiet area and there were nobody there. That is what I like the most. I can breathe in fresh air also and you can do whatever things u want especially, drinking beer, partying, loud music etc. Also, I like their hotel room because it is spacious and big and their bed was so comfy that might fit in 3 people on top. Their plasma tv is excellent. hehe..
Well, there are things I may not like about Palm beach resort and spa hotel. At first, i was shocked because the standard of the room is not up to my standard. It's very outdated which I don't expect it. Then, there were no deposit box inside the room hotel which is so not convenience. Then, i went to their Bunga Mas restaurant to try their foods. It is the worst foods i ever tasted in my whole life. Their beef burger was so huge that I couldn't even taste anything. Their foods was not good at all and they should improve it better next time.
